Our students come from a diverse educational and work background. The One Year Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) exposes students to unstructured, multi-dimensional real international business problems faced by senior managers. Students enhance their career by interacting with diverse companies and their work areas during international internships and overseas leadership study module in Europe. After graduating, students have the opportunity to work with multi-national organizations from India & abroad like Mahindra & Mahindra, Bajaj, KPMG, GTT, ICICI Bank at their national/overseas offices. We are committed to provide best global management careers for our students.

Since majority of the students are lateral profiles, EABS has adopted a rolling and cohort process. Also after due consultation with our board of industry experts and current students,EABS placement team is concentrating on ‘sunrise’ sector for the placement of year 2010. The sunrise industry includes health services (IT & non-IT), sustainable & renewable energy (consulting profiles), defence & security solutions, eGovernance consulting, waste management consulting, and education to name a few. This strategy of EABS is unique in that we are providing opportunities for our students to grow rapidly not only in terms of profile but also compensation in future as these sectors take off and most of these sectors are recession proof.

However, job opportunities in Financial Services, Marketing and IT companies are regular feature of the campus.
