E-MBA
Pedagogy and Curriculum
Pedagogy
In keeping with the objectives of the program and the profile of its participants, the pedagogical approach is based on a philosophy of acknowledging the importance of theoretical concepts, the necessity of understanding their application in real life contexts and the power of collaborative learning. It is therefore a combination of theoretical lectures, case analysis and discussions, real life application projects, group studies and a final dissertation in the area of specialization. Group work is an important cornerstone of the program as the varied background of the participants is in itself a fertile source of learning. Pre-session preparation from the materials handed out throughout the program is another important aspect of the learning process.
