My job with MDI since August 1990 involves teaching in long duration ( like the MBA, etc.) programmes,
engaging sessions in executive training programmes, company/ institute sponsored projects and consulting assignments

A major consultancy assignment I ( part of a team of 4 ) have completed was The CPWD ( central public works department ) Management Study during 1997- 99.
Prior Work Experience:
Prior to joining MDI in 1990, I completed my doctorate in the Fellow Programme from I.I.M. Ahmedabad (during 1985-91).
However, I joined duties at MDI in August 1990 after completing writing my doctoral thesis.Prior to this I have worked as a practicing Civil Engineer with two different predominantly Civil Engineering Consulting Companies, mainly in the area of Civil Engineering Design of structures. This was during (June 1981- June 1985). Earlier, I completed my Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from I.I.T Delhi (1976-81)
