Dr. Tripti Singh
Professor Tripti Singh is a professor specialized in ‘Organizational Behavior’ at I.I.M.B. She has been teaching at I.I.M.K. and Goa Institute of Management (GIM) before joining I.I.M.B
She has several publications to her credit. She has participated and presented papers in several international and national conferences. Her research interests are in the areas of Spirituality at Work, Knowledge Workers, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Impression Management, and Power and Influence.
Apart from the core courses in Organizational Behavior, she has taught several elective courses to postgraduate students and executives. The electives of her interest are ‘Power and Leadership’ and ‘Impression Management’.
She has H.R. and consulting experience in industry of around three and half years. She has consulted various small-scale organization in establishing their H.R. systems and policies. She has given training to managers, executives, and students of various private and government organizations in the areas of Leadership, Personal Growth, Creativity, Assessment Center, Risk Taking, and Influencing.
Her current research work is in the area of spiritual competence at work, emotional intelligence, and leading knowledge workers.
